Katheryn West

Katheryn West currently serves as an Organizational Change Manager at Koniag Government Services, a role held since September 2021, focusing on organizational cultural transformation, customer service improvement, and federal acquisition training. Prior to this, Katheryn worked at Accenture from June 2012 to September 2021, holding multiple positions including Stakeholder Engagement Roadshow Lead and Organizational Change Consultant, where responsibilities involved developing onboarding programs, competency modeling, and redefining business processes in the Contracting Officer field. Earlier experience includes roles as Internal Secretary for Beta Sigma Chapter APO CO-ed Service Fraternity, Vice President of the TTU Swim Club, Barista at Target, Swimming Instructor at MISD, and Retail Clerk at Wesley Mission Center. Katheryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
