Kerry Favero-Rivera

Kerry Favero-Rivera is an experienced professional in organizational transformation and development, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Transformation at Koniag Government Services, overseeing health IT EHR program implementation for the Department of Defense. As the CEO of Favero-Rivera Consulting, LLC since 2016, Kerry has also held senior consultancy roles at Navy Federal Credit Union and Accenture, focusing on talent performance and organizational improvements.
