Vice President, IDIQ And Proposal Operations at Koniag Government Services

Sam Coulson's work experience includes holding various roles at different companies. From 2020 onwards, Sam worked at Koniag Government Services, first as the Director of Proposal Operations and then as the Vice President of IDIQ and Proposal Operations. Prior to that, Sam worked at Leonardo DRS, where they served as the Director of Capture and Proposals, Director of Proposals, and Principal Technical Writer. Before that, Sam worked at SAIC as a Technical Editor and at BAE Systems as a Technical Writer. Additionally, Sam worked as a self-employed contractor for Raney Planning and Management as a Contract Writer/Analyst and as a Research Analyst at the Center for Digital Government.

Sam Coulson has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2003, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and a Bachelor's Degree in English. In 2003, they continued their studies at the University of Glasgow, completing a Master's Degree in English Literature in 2004.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Sam has also obtained certifications in ITIL. They received ITIL v3 certification from ITIL Certified in January 2015 and ITIL V4 certification in February 2020, also from ITIL Certified.
