Heather Kephart

Heather Kephart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and financial reporting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Koniag, Inc. since February 2015, Heather previously held the position of Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to Koniag, Heather worked at Deloitte & Touche from September 2006 to January 2015 as Audit Senior Manager. Heather holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University, awarded between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Heather is pursuing certification as a Post Merger Integration Specialist through the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA), focusing on M&A strategy, post-merger integration, functional integration, change management, and culture.
