Kazuo Taira

Kazuo Taira currently serves as the Manager of the Visual Solutions business unit at KONICA MINOLTA, INC., where responsibilities include business development, particularly in the planetarium area, since July 2013. Taira has held various positions within KONICA MINOLTA, including Assistant to Division Manager and Manager of Digital Workplace Service Planning, focusing on product and service planning for Multi-Function Printers (MFPs). Prior to this, Taira was the Director of Solution Business Development at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., leading solution marketing for the North American market. Taira's experience also includes promoting MFP controller technology in Europe and managing global solution portfolios across multiple regions, with a foundation as a Quality Assurance Engineer in software and firmware development. Taira holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on combustion science technology from Kobe University.
