Wim Timmermans has extensive experience in academia and local governance, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Wageningen University & Research since September 1997, where significant contributions include leading a team that transitioned research from a supply-driven to a demand-driven model and enhancing the institution's market position.
