Willeke Richel

Willeke Richel currently serves as the Coördinator Verantwoording en Verwerking Subsidies & Derde Geldstromen at Koninklijke Bibliotheek (KB), nationale bibliotheek since August 2017. Prior to this role, Willeke was a Purchasing Agent at the National Library of the Netherlands from January 2010 to August 2017, responsible for acquiring various products and services for cultural-historic digitalization projects. Previous positions include Officemanager/Personal Assistant to the Director General at the National Library of the Netherlands and Policy Advisor Public Affairs at NOvAA. Willeke's career also includes experience as a Personal Assistant to the Director General at E.ON and as an Executive Secretary at Koninklijke Maatschappij Tuinbouw en Plantkunde. Willeke holds a degree in History from the University of Groningen, complemented by additional education in Management and Organisation through Schoevers and Prince 2 Foundation Key Result.
