Natalie Carroll

Natalie Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and competence management, currently serving as the Chair of the Competence & Training Committee at the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) since May 2020. In addition to this role, Natalie also represents Boskalis Subsea as a committee member. As the Global Competence & Training Manager at Boskalis Subsea, responsibilities include the development and management of training programs for personnel. Previously, Natalie has held key positions in various organizations, including Training and Competence Manager at JFD Global and Learning, Development & Competence Manager at Harkand, where roles involved overseeing training initiatives and competence management.
