Gert Jager

Gert Jager is an experienced professional in the fields of education, publishing, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Editor for Learning & Development at NEVI since March 2017, Gert is responsible for the editorial oversight of training programs related to procurement and content management. Additionally, Gert works as a freelance Project Manager for De Gruyter Brill and leads Meleager Content Services as the owner. Previously, Gert held significant roles at LOI, managing the entire process of educational material development, and at Koninklijke Brill N.V. as Head of Production, overseeing the production of numerous scientific titles. Gert's career began as a Redacteur at Buijze Pers Nieuwsbladpers and as a Latin and Greek teacher in education. Gert holds a university degree in Classical Languages and Computational Linguistics from Rijksuniversiteit Utrecht.
