Remco de Boer

Remco de Boer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, consultancy, and publishing. Currently serving as Interim COO/Tax Compliance at Brill since December 2022, Remco has also led RdB International Consultancy & Management B.V. as Owner and project lead since January 2018, overseeing a network of over 80 consultants on global projects. Previous roles include CEO at Atlantis Press and Executive Publisher for RELX Group, where Remco managed a significant journal portfolio across EMEA. Earlier positions involved strategic leadership roles at HSBC and consulting across various sectors in Europe, North America, and Asia. Remco holds two Master of Science degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam.
