Robert Myles

Robert Myles is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of New Testament studies and religious education. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in New Testament at the University of Divinity since July 2021, Robert also holds the position of Executive Editor for the Journal for the Study of the Historical Jesus at Brill since February 2023. Previous roles include Lecturer in New Testament & Religion at Murdoch University, where Robert led the Humanities Cluster, and Lecturer in Theological & Religious Studies at the University of Auckland. Robert's academic background is robust, with a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Auckland and a recent Graduate Certificate in Aboriginal Studies.
