Chad L. Fields is an experienced supply chain and operations manager with a strong background in purchasing and contract management across various industries. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at TenCate since December 2014, Chad oversees a portfolio of military and defense contracts while previously managing subcontracting efforts and improving material quality. With a proven track record at Innerface Architectural Signage as Purchasing Manager and at Addresses of Distinction, where roles included Operations and Project Management, Chad has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, financial reporting, team management, and process improvement.
