Roy de Waart has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with roles ranging from bar manager to account manager to owning their own brasserie. Currently, Roy is the National Account Manager Retail at Koninklijke Verkade nv, a company that has been producing delicious cookies and chocolate in the Netherlands since 1886. Prior to this, Roy worked as an account manager at Enrico | Roots in Good Food, where Roy sought out innovative and tasty food concepts. With a background in Horeca entrepreneurship and management, Roy brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their current role.
