Diego Redonda Lopez

Diego Redonda Lopez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and logistics sectors, currently serving as the President of the Business Unit North Latin America at Vopak since March 2010. In this role, Diego oversees a multi-country terminal region focused on energy transition, gases, chemicals, food, and oil, managing seven wholly owned terminals and two joint ventures while reporting directly to Vopak's Executive Board. Previous positions include Managing Director roles for the Caribbean Cluster and Panama, where responsibilities encompassed regional operations and partnerships with major companies like Chevron. Diego has also held various managerial roles within Vopak, demonstrating a strong track record in business development, operations management, and leadership. Additional leadership roles include serving as Chairman of the Board for Terminal de LNG de Altamira and as a Board Member for SPEC LNG. Diego's academic background includes degrees from prestigious institutions, such as the University of Oxford and Universidad José Antonio Páez, focusing on business administration, corporate finance, and logistics.
