Paul Sanders

Paul Sanders possesses extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as Bestuurder at Samen Presteren and Directeur-Bestuurder at Koninklijke Wandel Bond Nederland since December 2018, Paul also holds the role of Teamcoach at Organisults, focusing on leadership training and team development. Prior positions include Algemeen Directeur at Koninklijke Nederlandse Schaatsenrijders bond, where Paul facilitated organizational change and cultural transformation, and Director of the ANWB Alarmcentrale, responsible for significant integration and reorganization efforts. With a strong foundation in finance, including roles as Vice President Finance at KLM Cargo and various controller positions at KLM, Paul holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen and is currently pursuing advanced studies at NCD Nijenrode.
