Stefan Kobbernagel

Stefan Kobbernagel is currently the Head of Division, Legal & Investigations at Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen. Prior to this role, they were a Senioranklager/Senior Prosecutor at Statsadvokaten for Særlig Økonomisk og International Kriminalitet from December 2014 to April 2017. Stefan's focus there was on Skatte-og afgiftsunddragelse. Before that, they were an Anklager at Midt- og Vestsjællands Politi from June 2014 to December 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Karnov Group and Rigsadvokaten/Director of Public Prosecutions. At Rigsadvokaten/Director of Public Prosecutions, they worked in the International Unit from March 2012 to May 2014. Before that, they were an Anklager at Københavns Politi from February 2010 to February 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Københavns Universitet and Nordsjællands Politi.

Stefan Kobbernagel has a degree in law from the University of Nottingham. Stefan is currently an advocate with the Danish bar association.

Stefan Kobbernagel reports to Jakob Hald, Director General. They are on a team with Søren Bo Rasmussen - Head of Division, Media & Mergers Division, Bjarne Bach Østergaard - Head of Division, Administrations Office, and Susanne Aamann - Head of Division, Consumer Policy.
