Michael Jancovic

Michael Jancovic has held a variety of roles throughout their career. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Shift Lead at Potbelly Sandwich Works. In 2016, they became a Graduate Assistant at Robert Morris University, Chicago, IL. In 2017, they returned to Konnektive CRM and Order Management System (OMS) as an Account Executive, a role they held until 2018 when they left to join Apple as a Genius and Technical Expert. In 2022, they returned to Konnektive CRM and Order Management System (OMS) once again as an Account Executive.

Michael Jancovic earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University - Illinois. Michael then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Roosevelt University between 2017 and 2020.
