Matthew Belanger

Matthew Belanger has a diverse work experience beginning as a Laboratory Assistant at Intelcan Technosystems Inc. in 2009. Matthew then worked as an Automation Installation Technician and Associate HVAC Designer at Honeywell Solution Design Center. Matthew also served as a Contract Energy Consultant at Mooney Solutions Inc. Following this, they transitioned to BrainStation, where they took on the role of Brainstation TA, assisting in teaching web development courses. Currently, at Konrad Group, Matthew has held several positions including Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, Software Architect, and Software Architect & Team Lead. Matthew'sresponsibilities have included full-stack development, leading projects, managing teams, mentoring new developers, and overseeing team performance reviews.

Matthew Belanger completed an Immersive Web Development Course in Full Stack Web Development at BrainStation in 2015. Matthew then earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering from Carleton University from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they received certifications as an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in 2018, and as an AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
