Kapil Asher

Kapil Asher has a long history of working in the Enterprise IoT Solutions space. Kapil began their career in 2005 as a Research Assistant at Symbol Technologies. In 2006, they joined Trimble Inc. as a Sales/Field Application Engineer (ThingMagic) and Senior Validation Engineer (ThingMagic). In 2012, they moved to Checkpoint Systems as a Senior PreSales Engineer. In 2015, they joined Accruent as the Director of IoT Solutions. In 2018, they were appointed as the Director of Sales and Business Development at CenTrak. In 2020, they became the Sr. Director of Enterprise IoT Solutions and then the Director of Enterprise IoT Solutions at Kontakt.io.

Kapil Asher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2004. Kapil then attended the University of Maryland, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications from 2004 to 2006. In 2009, Kapil graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
