Patrick Solomon

Patrick Solomon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and executive coaching. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at The KonTerra Group since May 2017, Patrick focuses on enhancing organizational clarity, resilience, and continuous learning. As a Founding Member of The Collective LLC, Patrick promotes diversity and inclusion programs and leadership development initiatives. Additionally, Patrick has been an Executive Coach with Unravel, LLC since 2006, specializing in leadership coaching and team effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Human Resources, Diversity, and Administration at CARE USA from 2003 to 2017 and various roles at BellSouth from 1988 to 2003. Patrick holds a BBA in Accounting from Howard University and has further education from Harvard Business School.
