Jennings Smith

Jennings Smith is a seasoned audit and advisory professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Presently a Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Kontoor Brands, Inc. since September 2021, Jennings previously served as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services at PwC, focusing on risk and regulatory issues. Experience also includes roles at Patheon Inc. as Internal Audit Manager, where responsibilities encompassed SOX 404 testing, IT general control frameworks, and staff training. Further expertise was gained at Deloitte as an ERS Consultant, managing audits for Fortune 500 companies, and at IBM as an Accounting and Internal Audit Co-Op.
