Nancy Zavala

Nancy Zavala, MBA has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning almost two decades. Nancy is currently working at Kontoor Brands, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner, where they focus on aligning the workforce with the strategic goals of the distribution centers. Prior to this, they worked at VF Corporation, starting as a Human Resources Manager and eventually becoming an Area Senior Human Resources Manager. In these roles, Nancy was responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and compliance with regulations. Nancy also managed the employee communications process and supported a large number of associates. Nancy began their career at NDS, Inc. and held multiple roles there, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Supervisor. In these positions, they managed benefit and compensation programs, recruited and hired employees, and developed training programs.
