Pete Kidd

Peter A. Kidd is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kontoor Brands, Inc., responsible for global HR strategy, talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Peter served as Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Kontoor Brands, Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at SAIC, and Vice President of Total Rewards at Perspecta, among other notable roles. Peter has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, strategic project management, and organizational development across various sectors, including technology and finance. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, along with additional certifications in change management.
