Catalin Mititelu

Catalin Mititelu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and system engineering. Currently serving as the Customer Services Manager at Kontron Services Romania since September 2007, Catalin leads the service team, participates in recruitment, and ensures high-quality service for customers while monitoring key performance indicators and service level agreements. Previously, Catalin worked as a Support Engineer at the same company, focusing on the installation and maintenance of computer systems. Prior to this role, Catalin was a System Engineer at SC REGIO IMPEX SRL, providing installation and service for managerial systems in Petrom filling stations. Catalin holds an Engineer degree in Traffic, Switching, and Services from the Faculty of Electronic and Telecommunications in Bucharest and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Bucharest.
