Andrew Dauphinais has a diverse work experience beginning in 2013 with Bicycles East, where they served as a Customer Sales Associate/Bike Builder. In 2015, they worked as a Box Office/Promotion Intern/Street Team with Manic Presents, and a Booking/Promotion Intern with The SPACE. In 2017, they were a Summer Camp Counselor (Teen Scene Leader) with Glastonbury Parks and Recreation, and a Studio Intern with Adorea Recording Studio. In 2018, they worked as a Music Theory Tutor at the University of New Haven. In 2019, they were an Audio Visual Technician with PSAV, and an Audio Intern with ARU Chicago. In 2020, they founded Idol Labs LLC, and developed Battleseed Badger for iOS and Android. Currently, they are a Junior Software Developer with Konverse.

Andrew Dauphinais obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Sound Recording from the University of New Haven in 2019. Andrew also holds certifications from Audiokinetic in Wwise Fundementals obtained in March 2019, and from the American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid obtained in April 2017.
