Andrei Lebed

Andrei Lebed is a seasoned executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Koodoo since 2019, where Koodoo specializes in connecting aspiring homeowners with tailored mortgage solutions and innovating with Generative AI. In addition, Andrei co-founded Candor in 2021, aimed at providing more affordable credit access through home equity, although the launch faced challenges due to market instability. Prior to these ventures, Andrei held key positions including Product Lead at Dynamo Mortgages, where technology was developed to enhance operational efficiency, and Product Owner at UK CREATIVE IDEAS LIMITED, focusing on launching a new domain. Early in the career, Andrei gained consulting experience at Deloitte UK, assisting clients in technology and strategy within the Financial Services and Public Sector. Andrei holds a Master of Arts in Management Studies with Music from the University of Cambridge.
