Elizabeth Brewer has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Elizabeth started their career at Xerox in 2005 as an Instructional Designer and worked there until 2011. In 2012, they joined EDMC as a Training Manager, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 onwards, Elizabeth Brewer has been associated with Kootenai Health, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Training and Organizational Development Specialist, Project Manager, Manager of Clinical Project Management, and currently serves as the Director of Research and Care Transformation.
Elizabeth Brewer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Technical Communication from Arizona State University in 2011. In 2013, they graduated with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational/Instructional Technology from Arizona State University. Elizabeth then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Workplace E-Learning and Performance Support from Boise State University in 2016. In 2021, Elizabeth obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from the University of Denver. Elizabeth completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University in 2026. Elizabeth also holds additional certifications, including ACRP Certified Professional (ACRP-CP) from ACRP - Association of Clinical Research Professionals in 2023, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in 2021, and Certified Patient Experience Professional from The Beryl Institute in 2021.
