Megan Lorincz, MBA, BSN, RN, CEN, SANE-A, GFN-C, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Safe Passage Violence Prevention Center since December 2022. With extensive experience in nursing, Megan has held the position of Manager for the Forensic Nurse Examiner Program at Kootenai Health since September 2014 and previously worked as an RN. From April 2018 to June 2021, Megan served as the SANE Coordinator at Lutheran Community Services Northwest, leading the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program. Prior roles include ED RN II at WakeMed from August 2012 to August 2014 and RN II at Duke University Health System from 2009 to 2012. Academically, Megan obtained a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University (2019-2022), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2014-2015), and an ADN in Registered Nursing from Cape Fear Community College (2007-2009), following a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (2003-2007).
