Sandy Mueller

Sandy Mueller has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Sandy currently holds the position of Director of Behavioral Health at Kootenai Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego for many years in various roles. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services. Before that, they were the Director of Social Services and Psychiatry from 2017 to 2019. Sandy also has experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Pediatric Trauma Center from 1999 to 2023. Lastly, they worked at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego as the Manager of Medical Social Work & Child Life from 2009 to 2017.

Sandy Mueller has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from The University of British Columbia. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from the University of Victoria.
