Pooja Lal has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Pooja began their career in the Indian Air Force as a Flt Lt. before transitioning into the corporate world. Pooja worked as an Assistant Manager at Avoncore, where they managed multiple outbound lead generation campaigns. Pooja then progressed to roles as a Customer Service Manager at MiNC and ETA Star Property, where they led teams of customer service representatives and focused on enhancing their skills. Pooja continued to develop their expertise in customer service as the Customer Service Head at Bestylish.com, where they set up and managed a complete customer service department. Pooja further honed their skills as the Head of Customer Service at Fashionandyou.com, managing teams and ensuring timely resolution to customer queries. Pooja currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service at KOOVS, where they utilize their experience to provide efficient customer service.

Pooja Lal completed their Class XII in Science from Delhi Public School - Noida in 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they pursued a BSC(Bot)Hons degree in Botany at Delhi University.
