Jill Stirnkorb

Jill Stirnkorb has extensive work experience in the promotional products industry. Jill started their career in 1990 with BIC as an Assistant Account Manager, managing a three-state territory in the Midwest and assisting the area Account Manager in increasing market share.

Throughout their career at BIC Graphic USA, they held various roles, including Account Manager, National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Inside Sales. As an Account Manager, Jill managed a four-state territory, overseeing customer relationships and increasing product line exposure. As a National Account Manager, they were responsible for twenty key accounts, exceeding quotas and building strong relationships with top-level decision makers.

Jill also played an integral role in the company's sales integration process, managing and developing inside sales teams. Jill implemented programs to enhance the customer experience and supported key company sales initiatives through strategic sales planning. Additionally, they developed and managed the newly created Regional Manager position during a period of rapid growth.

Recently, Jill has been working at Koozie Group (previously BIC Graphic) as the VP Sales for the South Region. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Region.

Jill Stirnkorb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Youth Protection Training from the Boy Scouts of America in May 2020, a CAS Degree (Certified Advertising Specialist) from PPAI - Promotional Products Association International in 1994, and Diving First Aid for Professional Divers v2.1 from DAN- Divers Alert Network in September 2021.
