Carla Bonastia

Carla Bonastia has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Carla is currently serving as a Culture and Engagement Business Partner at Koppers Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Evanston/Skokie School District 65 for four years as a Human Resource Partner, where they redesigned workflows and led recruitment efforts. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Klatt Employment Service, Inc. for seventeen years, ensuring the reliability and professionalism of the team. Carla also gained experience as an Employment Manager at Hyatt Regency and as a Human Resources Intern at Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

Carla Bonastia completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Carla attended the university from 1995 to 1999.
