Hrm Thao Bui (Alex)

Thao (Alex) Bui, MS HRM has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Admission Counselor and Classes Management staff at Nam Anh Education Joint Stock Company, where they planned marketing campaigns, advised students on suitable courses, and built strong relationships with students and parents. In 2017, they transitioned to the Study Abroad department at the same company and took on the role of Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they established and exceeded sales goals, collaborated with the HR department in recruitment, and managed staff performance. Thao (Alex) also served as the Head of Oversea Summer Programs, where they successfully organized and led groups of high school students in participating in summer camp programs. In 2020, Thao joined La Roche University as a Graduate Assistant, where they established communication with international students and created content for marketing campaigns on social media. Currently, they are working at Koppers Inc. as a Culture & Engagement Coordinator, building upon their previous intern experience in the same role.
