Dorothea Claessen

Dorothea Claessen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-manager at Koppert Cress since July 2002, where contributions include establishing and shaping the HR department in 2009. In addition, Dorothea Claessen works as an Equine Assisted Coach with Stable Mind since 2013 and previously held administrative roles at G. Koppert Trading B.V. from 1994 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a post-HBO in dealing with loss from Land van Rouw and certifications as an Equine Assisted Coach® from Keulseweg, along with a degree in HBO Bedrijfspsychologie from NCOI Opleidingen. Additional training includes programs at Bert Hellinger Instituut Nederland, Gustav Käser Training International, Hogeschool Leiden, Academie voor Organisatiecultuur, and Great Communicators.
