Adil Houmadi

Adil Houmadi's work experience begins with an internship at BePark in 2013. Adil then worked as a Software Engineer at TAKTIK sa, where they designed and implemented Odoo Extensions, migrated data, and developed APIs and new modules. In 2015, Adil joined hireme as a Technical Team Lead, coordinating projects, designing and developing the Backend API, and setting up a microservice environment using AWS and Docker. Adil then moved on to adidas in 2019, first as a Platform Engineer and later as a Senior Platform Engineer. In this role, Adil deployed and maintained the Kafka Streaming Platform, developed Kafka connect plugins, monitored the performance of Kafka clusters, and facilitated data transfer between different technologies. Adil's most recent position was as a Freelance Senior Data Platform Engineer at Brussels Airport Company in 2022, where they drove proof-of-concepts and implemented data platform solutions. Currently, they are working as a Freelance Senior Software Engineer at KOR Financial.

Adil Houmadi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci', Bruxelles, from the year 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée in the year 2008 to 2009, where they received a degree in Concepteur Réalisateur J2EE, also in the field of Computer Science. In addition, they have achieved a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in April 2017.
