Jackson Bilbrey

Jackson Bilbrey has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jackson began their career in 2000 as the owner and operator of a small business consulting firm called PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGY, where they specialized in Microsoft and Novell client server environments. Jackson provided network design, implementation, and support, as well as customer service.

In 2003, Bilbrey joined INTELIGRO BUSINESS ASSOCIATES as an Office Automation Consultant Level IV. Jackson provided outsourced IT services to small and medium-sized businesses, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, supporting existing infrastructure, and designing solutions for new businesses.

From 2006 to 2011, Bilbrey worked at InstallerEdge Inc as a Senior System Engineer. Their responsibilities included system administration of Microsoft Windows Servers and Services, such as Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and DHCP. Jackson also monitored network infrastructure and operating systems, diagnosed and repaired problems.

In 2011, Bilbrey joined Accellos a HighJump Product as a Product Manager, responsible for various products in the AccellosOne suite. Jackson managed the AccellosOne Ship, SkyTrack, Image, Schedule, Pulse, and Optimize products at different times.

Since 2015, Bilbrey has been working at Körber Supply Chain. Jackson started as a Senior Director - Essentials, then progressed to become the Vice President of Product Management, the Vice President of Professional Services, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Account Management.

Jackson Bilbrey attended MicroSkills from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained certifications in A+, N+, CNA, CCNA, MCSE, and MCDBA in the field of Information Technology.
