Patricia Karam has over 20 years of experience in human resources and people management. Currently, they work as the Head of People & Culture Latam at Körber Supply Chain, leading HR operations in the Latin American region and collaborating with the global HR team. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach & Trainer, supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth. Patricia also served as the Human Resources & EHS Director at TAKASAGO BRASIL, where they led HR programs and strategies, including social responsibility and DEI initiatives. Before that, they held various HR roles at companies such as Walmart Brasil, Firmenich, Natura, Pernod Ricard, Cadbury Adams, Banco Itaú, and Elevadores Otis. Patricia has extensive experience in areas such as recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition.
