Joshua previously served as a Chief Executive Officer at various military hospitals and held positions such as Director of Strategy and Chief Operations Officer at BLANCHFIELD ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. With a strong background in finance and health administration, Joshua holds multiple degrees including an MBA and MHA from Baylor University.
