Krupa Pranesh has extensive experience in technology and software development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology at Kore.ai since October 2013. Throughout the tenure at Kore.ai, Krupa has held various roles including Director, Lead Architect, Architect, and Technical Lead, contributing to innovative communication and collaboration solutions. Prior roles include Associate Technical Lead at KORE, Senior Software Engineer at Nokia R&D, and Member of Technical Staff at PacketVideo, where Krupa specialized in developing multimedia applications across multiple platforms. Early career experience includes software engineering roles at Bar Z Adventures and Motorola, focusing on GPS-based solutions and multimedia messaging systems. Krupa holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
