Pankaj Patel is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology and customer success. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success and Delivery Services at Kore.ai since June 2017, Pankaj leads custom chatbot implementations on the Kore.ai platform. Previously, Pankaj held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Enterprise IT at Paycor and Associate Partner at IBM, where focus was on digital transformation within the Financial Services Sector. Earlier positions include VP of Mobility Practice at Opus Consulting Solutions, Senior VP of Professional Services at Kony Solutions, and Sr. Vice President at Citigroup, demonstrating a consistent record of managing complex projects and spearheading development in mobile applications and enterprise solutions. Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Wright State University and dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and Chemistry from Gujarat University.
