Prashant Potluri

Prashant Potluri currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Kore.ai, leading the development of the 'AI for Service' product, a low-code platform for creating intelligent AI Assistants using Generative AI. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Engineering at PepsiCo, where Prashant led a high-performing team to enhance digital B2B customer service solutions, and Senior Engineering Manager at Freshworks, successfully overseeing the development of the BYOT & Collaboration platform. Earlier positions comprised Senior Manager at JDA Software, managing the Luminate Store Optimiser, and a Programmer Analyst at Qualcomm, driving application development and microservice delivery. Prashant holds a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
