Sarah Brooks is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Kore.ai since July 2021, Sarah has previously held positions such as Sr. HR Business Partner at Ontario Systems and Sr. Manager and HR Business Partner at Aspect Software, where support extended to over 750 employees across multiple global locations. As the Owner of Summit Human Capital Solutions and former Human Resources Director at CopperCom and UCS, Sarah has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR management and staffing, navigating challenges such as workforce reductions during economic downturns. Sarah holds a certification from SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional and received education from Florida Atlantic University.
