Shanmuga Sivaraja

Shanmuga Sivaraja is a highly experienced design professional with a strong background in product design and UX/UI design. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Kore.ai since July 2017, Shanmuga has progressed through various roles, including Product Design Manager and Lead UX Designer, emphasizing collaboration with stakeholders to address their goals and pain points. Previous experience includes positions at PurpleTalk as a Senior UX Designer and Microsoft as a UX & UI Designer, demonstrating a consistent focus on understanding requirements and project scope. Shanmuga began a design career at People Tech Group and Tech Mahindra, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from PSNA CET in 2011.
