Dave Lowe

Dave Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dave started their career in 1987 at National Mutual as the Head of SIPP and Pensions Technical Manager. From there, they worked at GE Life as the Head of Strategy and Head of Marketing. In 2006, they joined Zurich Financial Services as the Head of Corporate Propositions and Pensions Management Director. At Zurich, they were responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering propositions, particularly in retirement solutions, workplace savings, and corporate risk. Dave then joined Embark Group in 2018, where they served as the Group Head of Propositions and later as a Consultant, overseeing proposition design and management across various products and entities. Dave was also a Director of Embark Pensions entities and a shared service entity. Their subsequent roles include working as a Consultant at Barnett Waddingham, a Consultant at Insignis Cash Solutions, and a Propositions Consultant at Kore Labs, where they played a key role in digitizing data and events for financial products. Currently, Dave holds the position of Head of Propositions at Asurafin, starting in 2023.

Dave Lowe attended the University of Oxford from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
