Brannon Fay

Brannon Fay has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brannon started their career as an intern at ACC TELECOM in 1996 and later became a Software Engineer at Paetec Communications Inc in 1998. At Paetec, they quickly assumed responsibility for invoice code and set up PAETEC Online. Brannon subsequently held various positions at Paetec, including Manager of IT Billing Development, Senior Manager of Billing, Financials, and Mediation, and Director of End User Billing and CABS.

In 2012, Brannon joined RevChain Solutions as Manager II of Software Services and then transitioned to Paychex in 2014. At Paychex, they served as an Enterprise Performance Manager and later became a Data Services Manager. Brannon'sresponsibilities at Paychex included managing data services and overseeing enterprise performance.

Most recently, Brannon worked at KORE, where their roles included Manager of Data Engineering, Director of Data and Automation Engineering, and currently, Director of Engineering Information Technology. In these positions, they led the data engineering team and implemented various data technologies on-premises and in the cloud. Brannon also drove automation efforts and supported the IT Engineering organization while ensuring consistent Agile practices.

Brannon Fay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in IT from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1999. From 2001 to 2003, Brannon pursued a Master of Science degree in IT with a specialization in Software Development and Management from the same institution. Brannon also holds certifications in various subjects such as Operational Excellence Foundations, Fighting Gender Bias at Work, Communicating with Empathy, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Driving Change and Anti-Racism, Essentials of Team Collaboration, and Leadership Foundations from LinkedIn. Additionally, Brannon obtained certifications in Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers (Cloud Concepts, Security, Core Services, and Billing and Pricing) from LinkedIn in 2020. In August 2019, Brannon obtained a CPR & AED certification from Brighton Volunteer Ambulance.
