Wook Ryun Lee

WOOK RYUN LEE is the R&D Strategy General Manager at Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), a position held since 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, WOOK RYUN LEE served as a Principal Researcher and Team Leader for the Flexible Operation Team and was involved in key R&D initiatives at KEPCO Global R&D Center in the USA. Previous roles include project planning and strategy at the Korea Electric Power Research Institute (KEPRI), where significant contributions were made in the engineering and development of operation support systems for high-capacity power plants. WOOK RYUN LEE began academic pursuits with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University, followed by a Master's degree from Chungnam National University. Collaborative efforts with the Electric Power Research Institute emphasized strengthening ties between KEPCO and EPRI.
