Prior roles include IS-BAO Programme Director at IBAC, Senior Vice President of Operations and Safety at Jet Edge International, and various positions at Delta Air Lines, including Aircrew Instructor and Airline Pilot. Walsh's background also encompasses military service in the U.S. Marine Forces Reserve and a degree in Aviation Resource Management from Troy University.
