Frank L. Cox has had a long and varied career in the tech and business world. Frank L. began their career in 2005 as an intern at Weirton Medical Center, where they shadowed and learned the basics of reading X-rays in the Radiology Department. In 2007, they took a job as a Caddie/Customer Relations at Pikewood National Golf Club. In 2008, they interned with the Men's Soccer team at West Virginia University, where they wrote research and facilitated leadership development. In 2010, they became a Regional Sales Director at LegalShield Official, where they worked directly with HR professionals and owners for voluntary insurance enrollments. In 2011, they became a Software Sales Executive at Vocus, where they built relationships with inbound leads and created outbound contacts in niche markets. In 2012, they took a job as a Project Engineer Contractor, where they managed the on-site activities of the construction crew through new lighting design, working with manufactures, and selection of product. That same year, they also became an Associate at Morgan Stanley. In 2014, they founded and became CEO of Korevariance, a full service, full-stack software development and digital solutions company. In 2017, they became an Advisor at both KoreMinerals and Citadel Creative.

Frank L. Cox attended West Virginia University from 2005 to 2009 and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship, Leadership. In 2015, they earned LED Professional Levels 1, 2, and 3 certification from Philips Lighting. In 2019, they obtained a Top Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
