Rick van Gils

Rick van Gils serves as Senior Adviseur M&O at Korian Nederland since April 2022, contributing to one of Europe's leading organizations in elderly care, well-being, and support. Prior to this role, Rick held positions as an HR specialist at Riedel, where responsibilities included recruitment, employer branding, and HR process implementation, and as a People Services Advisor at AkzoNobel. Additional experience includes volunteering as an event manager and working in various HR advisory roles, including a trainee position at UWV. Rick holds a Master's degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from KU Leuven.
