Rhea H. is currently the Director of Talent Management (Marketing) at the Korle-Bu Neuroscience Foundation, focusing on enhancing neurological care and education in West Africa. Rhea has previously held key roles such as a People Integration Intern at Aritzia and a Social Media Marketing & Content Creator for the University of British Columbia, where engagement strategies were implemented to strengthen the UBC Women’s Basketball team's online presence. Additionally, Rhea worked as a Public Practice Recruitment Consultant at Premier Recruitment Services Inc., specializing in the recruitment of CPAs for various firms across Canada. Rhea has also contributed to the UBC Human Resources Management Club in multiple capacities, and gained experience in human resources support at the UBC Department of Medicine, among other roles in service and coaching. Currently pursuing a Master of Management at the UBC Sauder School of Business, Rhea's educational background includes a dual degree in Psychology and a Minor in Education from the University of British Columbia, along with an exchange semester at the University of Warwick.
